  • It is the first Portuguese business group to issue on MARF twice, following the registration of a bond in October from its participated company Vista Alegre.

MARF, BME’s Fixed Income market, today registered a new Commercial Paper (CP) Programme by the Portuguese business group Visabeira for a maximum outstanding balance of 50 million euros. With this Programme, the holding diversifies its financial channels and will be able to raise fresh short-term finance through the placement of CPs among investors from Spain, Portugal and third countries. Grupo Visabeira is the first Portuguese business group to issue on MARF for a second time, following the registration in October of bonds from Vista Alegre, in which it owns a stake.
