Adriano Care SOCIMI receives favourable report from BME Growth

• The company, which is the first to join this BME market in 2021, will debut with a valuation of 121.2 million euros

The Coordination and Admissions Committee of BME Growth has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on ADRIANO CARE following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company.

ADRIANO CARE is the first company to join BME Growth in 2021.

Based on the valuation report of independent expert CBRE Valuation Advisory, the Board of Directors of the company has set a reference value for each of its shares of 10.1 euros, giving the company a total value of 121.2 million euros.

The company’s ticker symbol will be “YADR”. Deloitte is the Registered Adviser while Renta 4 Banco will act as Liquidity Provider.
