ENERSIDE ENERGY joins BME’s Pre-Market Environment

- It joins the Growth Segment, aimed at companies with longer track records
- With this addition, already 17 companies are part of this BME initiative aimed at helping start-ups and SMEs to familiarise themselves with the capital markets
The Pre-Market Environment (EpM), BME's programme aimed at helping start-ups and growth SMEs to learn how capital markets work and provide them with access to private and institutional investors, adds a new company.
The new company is ENERSIDE ENERGY, incorporated in 2007 and dedicated to the development, construction, operation and maintenance of renewable energy projects. The company has a project portfolio exceeding 2.5GW scaterred among several countries, i.e. Spain, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, the Dominican Republic and Haiti, where it has recently won a tender for the World Bank.
With this incorporation, there are already 32 entities included in this programme, 17 companies and 15 partners.
The partner AtZ Financial Advisors, a financial advisory boutique specialising in renewable energy projects in Spain and Latin America, has introduced the company. ENERSIDE ENERGY joins the EpM’s Growth Segment, aimed at companies with longer track-records in all types all sectors.
The Pre-Market Environment remains open to more companies on a continuous basis. Among the requirements to access the Environment these must be public limited or limited companies and at least two years old, submit financial statements for the previous year and have a three-year business plan.
