BME’s Pre-Market Environment adds two new partners: Cuatrecasas and Substrate AI

• Cuatrecasas is a pioneer in bringing companies to BME Growth and has collaborated and supported the equity and fixed income markets.

• Substrate AI will enable EpM companies and investors to understand, take part in and push forward the economic and social changes that Artificial Intelligence is bringing about.

BME's Pre-Market Environment (EpM), BME's programme aimed at helping SME growth companies learn how capital markets work and gain access to private and institutional investors, has expanded its network of collaborators with the addition of two new partners.

Cuatrecasas joins as a Partner with the aim of continuing a long history of collaboration with SME markets, now explicitly through this initiative. "We believe that our participation will contribute to the promotion of the equity culture among companies, especially among growh companies from innovative and high value-added sectors," says CEO, Jorge Badía.

Substrate AI, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) company that collaborates with companies from all sectors that use or want to apply this technology in their processes, has also joined as a Partner. Its aim is to create an ecosystem of reference in which companies from all sectors can generate knowledge about AI, share experiences, access investors and consider an IPO as an option to grow and raise finance. Lorenzo Serratosa, Chairman of Substrate AI, states that "we are very happy to start working with the EpM in the creation of this AI ecosystem, that will help the Spanish stock market to boost this economic sector".

With these two new additions, this programme complements and expands its practical training and coaching programme for EpM companies. The EpM Pre-Market Environment initiative for new companies and investors is still open and continues.
