NZI is now a global benchmark in motorcycle safety and design.
The first helmet was crafted by its founder, Nazario Ibáñez Azorín, in 1983.
Since that initial fiberglass helmet, over 21 million helmets have been produced at NZI's factory in Yecla, Murcia, and distributed to more than 35 countries worldwide.
NZI has sponsored top world champions in MotoGP. Alex Crivillé, Jorge Martínez "Aspar," Álvaro Bautista, Emilio Alzamora, Jorge Lorenzo, and Marc Marquez, among others, have reached the highest podiums with NZI helmets.
Thanks to their continuous efforts in innovation and research, NZI Helmets has developed its own technology and new production systems for shell construction, protective linings, visors and decorating techniques. They have also introduced and optimized new materials to achieve maximum protection with minimal weight.
